Mother's day 2006 present
I painted this disk drive case as a Mother's Day present. I choose to draw penguins, because they are funny, especially when they are sliding. And I like the love bugs, because they are cute.
The story is that the kid penguin can't see the penguin playing the saxophone, so he's flying (!) up to see better. The mother penguin is worried that the kid is going to fall, because penguins can't fly. The penguin playing the saxophone is doing scales (do-ra-me-fa-so-la-te-do).

It's Mummy and I'm leaving this comment for you on Mothers Day 2006. I think that this is one of the best Mothers Day presents I've ever received. I'm looking forward to getting all my music stored on my new disk so that I can take it into work and listen to my music whenever I want.
I love the paintings that you did for me and every day when I'm at work I will be able to look at my disk and remember that you went to a very special effort (with some help for Daddy) to make me such a lovely present.
Keep up the lovely artwork.
Lots of Love
Mummy
